There is a dedicated system for Foundry VTT version 14 and later: personnel file, two-colour dice, all class trees, compendiums with ready-made agents, gear and 145 opponents, plus the Quickstart, Grey Files, The Door and The Other Services as adventure packs to import. Install it in Foundry under Game Systems → Install System with the manifest URL from the Virtual Tabletops page.
Characters from the character generator can be imported there.
