What it is about

Arsenal is the equipment book of O.D.I.N. and expands Chapter X of the core rulebook with around two hundred new items. It sets out how agents get hold of equipment: from the shop, as requisitioned service equipment, through contacts or on the black market. There goods cost double, and a botch can mean the other side now knows. It adds rules for equipment condition, for special ammunition such as salt, iron core, incendiary or stun, and for modifications. A look into the workshop of the Holds shows where salt shells, chalk devices and insulated containers come from, none of which any shop sells. All prices are guide values for Europe in 2026.
